(BOSTON, Mass.) – Magellan Jets and legendary golf instructor Claude Harmon III have formed a partnership that strengthens the private aviation company’s leadership position in the golf market.
The addition of Harmon III follows Magellan Jets’ recent selection as the “Official Private Aviation Provider” of 4Aces Golf Club, captained by two-time major champion Dustin Johnson, on the LIV Golf League. Many professional golfers on major Tours worldwide have purchased Magellan Jets’ Jet Cards and flown Charter with the company.
Discerning recreational golfers also rely on Magellan Jets to efficiently get to and from bucket-list golf courses across America and abroad. In addition to iconic private clubs, Bandon Dunes, Kiawah Island, Pebble Beach, Pinehurst and Whistling Straits are among the most popular destinations.
Assuming the title of Head Golf Professional for Magellan Jets, Harmon III will host unique golf experiences (golf lessons included) and develop playing-tips content exclusive to the company’s Private Clients, display the Magellan Jets logo on his golf shirt and be featured in marketing campaigns.
Instructor to winners of nine majors and 66 professional titles, over the years Harmon III’s students have included Johnson, Brooks Koepka, Bubba Watson, Rickie Fowler, Ernie Els, Adam Scott, Darren Clarke and Trevor Immelman.
Harmon III has flown privately with Magellan Jets which is the foundation of the partnership.
“When I fly domestically and overseas to help Tour players and others improve their games, it’s essential my private air travel is seamlessly managed,” said Harmon III. “Magellan’s reliability, comfort and safety-first orientation gives me peace of mind, as does its access to a wide range of planes where and when they’re needed, even last minute.”
“Magellan Jets is well known for personalizing journeys, and that’s what Claude and our Private Clients love,” said Joshua Marc Hebert, Founder and CEO of Magellan Jets. “His brand ambassadorship is authentic, and we share the belief of going the extra mile for our respective Clients.”
