Gallagher is tasked with overseeing the company’s operations as Majors Challenge is coming off an explosive year of record growth.

Michael is a sports enthusiast with a passion for the business side of the industry. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and a Master’s in Sports Business from NYU. Prior to joining Majors Challenge he worked in football operations at both the collegiate level for the Virginia Cavaliers, and the professional level for MBK Sports. Mike runs a leadership podcast ranked in the top 10% worldwide, has self-published a book on organizational culture, and is in the first cohort of people to ever pass all 3 levels of the CFA exams in under a year.
