With Outstanding Wins on Sunday Corey Conners and Jin Young Ko Take Home Trophies created by Malcolm DeMille
Congratulations to Corey Conners on his incredible win at the Valero Texas Open! Conners is the first Monday qualifier to win on the PGA Tour since Arjun Atwal won the Wyndham Championship in 2010. To top off Conner’s’ first professional win, he is the first Champion to receive the new Valero Texas Open trophy handcrafted by Malcolm DeMille. In designing the new trophy, the team at Malcolm DeMille kept the continuity of the memorable Texas crystal and Valero flag and added a cast bronze San Antonio skyline along with the famous Riverwalk.
Malcolm DeMille would also like to congratulate Jin Young Ko on her first major title win at the ANA Inspiration. On Sunday Jin Young Ko finished her round 2-under 70 to take home a No. 1 world ranking and the iconic ANA Inspiration trophy. In 2016 Malcolm DeMille updated the original 24” Silver Cup and continues to create a silver plate replica cup for the ANA Inspiration winner.
