Luxury Lifestyle Club’s Board of Directors Announces Extension
DALLAS – ClubLife Management – the full-service management division sponsored by ClubCorp – announces that its engagement to manage Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club has been extended to 2023.

Earlier this year, Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club announced a multimillion-dollar course renovation that is scheduled break ground in the first quarter of 2021. The project, which is being led by Bergin Golf Designs, will include a complete overhaul of the current greens complexes, which will allow for more hole locations, a more dispersed traffic pattern, and improved playability and shot-making options for players of all abilities. Additional enhancements include new grassing of the fairways, a complete overhaul of the bunker complexes and improvements to the irrigation and drainage systems to provide for better year-round playability and course conditioning. The renovation comes on the heels of the 2019 opening of the club’s new short game practice area, a project also led by Bergin.
