Golf World Announces First-Ever “Dream Assignment” Contest

Golf World: Launches its inaugural Dream Assignment contest, in which the magazine will search for America’s next great golf writer. Through April 30, aspiring writers may submit a story covering a tournament that has taken place during the month of April on any of four American pro tours. The winner will be given the opportunity to attend this year’s Open Championship and experience a golf journalist’s perspective from inside the ropes.

Five Finalists Chosen For 2010 Golf Digest U.S. Open Challenge

Golf Digest: Announces, in association with the U.S. Golf Association and NBC Sports, the five finalists for the 2010 Golf Digest U.S. Open Challenge.
