MEMBERINSIGHT, THE AUTOMATED MEMBER SURVEY PLATFORM, TO EXHIBIT AT THE CMAA WORLD CONFERENCE IN NASHVILLE, TN
MemberInsight, the automated member survey platform for the private club industry, is exhibiting for the first time at the Club Management Association of America Conference & Club Business Expo in Nashville, TN late this month.
The automated survey platform saw a great deal of success in 2018, with clients including Southern Hills Country Club, The Arbutus Club and Germantown Cricket Club now utilizing the platform to assess member satisfaction, and follow up on member concerns.
