MembersiQ Provides Clubs Engagement and Retention Tips During COVID-19

MembersiQ, the golf industry’s only member at-risk member engagement platform, has been working with private clubs across the country to provide expertise and ideas for member engagement during this period of social distancing and home isolation. “Now is not the time for clubs to be sitting on their hands,” said CEO Andrew Morgan. “Members can’t come to the club, so the facilities need to bring the club to their members. According to the National Golf Association clubs that have the highest level of engagement are the ones least susceptible to resignations. Make sure your club is doing everything under the sun to be proactive in engaging with and serving your member’s needs during this difficult time.
