More than 100 of the State’s Best will tee it up June 20-22, 2024
Enfield NH — Montcalm Golf Club, one of New England’s premier golf courses located in Enfield, New Hampshire, will host the New Hampshire Open Championship June 20-22, 2024. The 54-hole tournament consists of stroke play (18 holes per day) with a cut to the low 40 players after 36 holes (through Friday) showcasing the top 27 players on Saturday.
The tournament’s maximum field size of 156 players will compete with morning and afternoon pairings and tee times. The award-winning 6,829-yard Montcalm Golf Course offers rolling hills of velvet fairways and greens along with panoramic mountain views of Killington, Vermont’s Green Mountains, and Mount Ascutney.
“Montcalm Golf Club is a quintessential New Hampshire mountain golf course that players in the southern part of the state don’t often experience,” said Steve Rogers, Montcalm’s Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional. “Our elevated tees and greens and rolling fairways will test all players including the State’s best.”
Added the New Hampshire Golf Association, “Montcalm joins a long list of premier New Hampshire courses that have hosted the New Hampshire Open Championship. They have hosted several NHGA Championships over the past decade and we continue to hear from our participants Montcalm’s golf course offers a challenging, but fair set up,” said Kinsey Hoffmann, Tournament Director of New Hampshire Golf Association. “It was a natural fit for Montcalm to host one of the longest running and most prestigious championships in New Hampshire.”
Spectators are welcome and invited to walk the course to watch the competition.
