Up to 70 of the State’s Best Amateurs, Collegiate and Senior Players to tee it up June 22
Enfield NH — Montcalm Golf Club, one of New England’s premier golf courses located in Enfield, New Hampshire, will host a New Hampshire State Amateur Qualifier Event on Monday June 22 with tee times starting at 7:30 a.m.
Montcalm is among the six qualifier events which will be held at Rochester Country Club (June 22), North Conway Country Club (June 24), Keene Country Club (June 24), Beaver Meadow Golf Course (June 28), and Amherst Country Club (June 29).
Up to 70 participants will compete on the award-winning 6,829 yard Montcalm Golf Course with rolling hills of velvet fairways and greens along with panoramic mountain views of Killington, Vermont’s Green Mountains and Mount Ascutney, for a chance to earn a spot in the 117th New Hampshire Amateur Championship, July 6-11.
“We’re excited to host this State Amateur Qualifier and always enjoy the opportunity to showcase Montcalm Golf Club’s teeth as players will tee off from the tips (black tees),” said Montcalm’s Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional Steve Rogers. “It will be a great lineup with some of the best players in the State ranging from the most talented collegiate players through seniors.”
Spectators are welcome and invited to walk the course to watch some of the state’s best amateurs.
