Returning Morning Shows Include ‘5 Clubs with Gary Williams’ and the ‘Golf Channel Podcast with Rex and Lav’
STAMFORD, Conn. – Golf Channel’s new morning programming schedule begins next week, with three new shows debuting and two fan-favorites returning to the lineup as Golf Channel tees-up the 2026 golf season.
Beginning Monday, Jan. 12, Golf Channel’s morning slate will be led by returning favorites 5 Clubs with Gary Williams Monday-Wednesday at 8 a.m. ET and the Golf Channel Podcast with Rex and Lav on Mondays at 9 a.m. ET.
New programming begins Tuesday at 7 a.m. ET with The Big Swing with Jimmy Roberts, during which 16-time Emmy award-winner Jimmy Roberts takes viewers inside the new golf economy, interviewing influential personalities in and around the golf industry.
On-course reporter Smylie Kaufman brings his popular show and podcast, The Smylie Show, to Golf Channel on Wednesdays at 9 a.m. ET, followed by the Vanity Index Podcast at 10 a.m. ET, led by Full Swing executive producer and Pro Shop President Chad Mumm, alongside Bachelor Nation favorite Wells Adams as they explore the intersection of golf and entertainment.
