Promoting Access, Education, and Inclusion
The National Alliance for Accessible Golf (National Alliance) announces its forthcoming 2022 Inclusion Conference to be held on Wednesday, January 26, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL. The Conference is designed for golf professionals, owners/operators, and others interested in learning more about the dimensions of inclusion in operations and programming.
Program offerings include:
- National Alliance Overview, Importance of Inclusion, and Myths about the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
- Junior and Adult Program Development for Individuals with Autism and Other Intellectual Disabilities
- Junior and Adult Program Development for Individuals with Physical Disabilities
- Community Program Development and Engagement
Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to network with fellow attendees at the close of the program.
The Inclusion Conference is the fourth presentation of this event, dating back to 2018. Through this Conference and other educational opportunities, the National Alliance continues to further its mission to increase participation of people with disabilities in the game of golf through awareness, education, training initiatives, and program funding.
