FRISCO, Texas — The National High School Golf Association (NHSGA), part of the PGA of America, has announced iWanamaker as its Official Scoring and Rankings Partner in an effort to streamline competitive data and expand resources for student-athletes across the high school golf ecosystem.
With the national reach of the NHSGA and iWanamaker’s ranking and scoring technology, this collaboration creates a centralized digital home for high school golf. Beyond real-time leaderboard data, the initiative bridges competitive play with long-term athletic growth by enabling golfers to find local PGA of America Golf Professionals.
The following will live within the hub on highschoolgolf.org:
- State and National Rankings: Real-time state and national rankings for individual golfers and teams, powered by iWanamaker, will be integrated directly onto the NHSGA platform, offering a seamless, centralized destination for players, parents, coaches and state associations to track performance.
- Data-Driven National Invitational Selection: Utilization of iWanamaker’s scoring and ranking data to establish additional standards that the NHSGA may use to identify and invite state championship teams and individual golfers to the prestigious PGA High School Golf National Invitational.
- Integrated PGA Coaching and Mentorship: A directory of local certified PGA Professionals and programs that provide instruction and mentorship.
