CARLSBAD, Calif. – Going into the final round at Riyadh Golf Club (Feb. 18), she started with a 3-shot lead and used Nippon Shaft products to help extend it and ultimately win the Aramco Saudi Ladies International by seven.
The 24-year-old from Thailand used N.S.PRO 950GH shafts in her irons (5-PW) and N.S.PRO MODUS³ Wedge 115 shafts in her wedges to shoot an 18-under par total of 270 with rounds of 66-70-69-65.
It was her fifth professional victory – her first on the Ladies European Tour (LET) – an it paid €645,337 ($697,743) to the winner from a $5 million purse, the LET’s largest, staked in part by PIF, the tournament’s presenting sponsor.
