CARLSBAD, Calif. – The winner of the Delhi Challenge on the European Challenge Tour used N.S.PRO MODUS³ 120 X flex shafts in his irons and wedges.
The 37-year-old Englishman shot 20-under par with rounds of 66-69-68-65—268 to win by one stroke after starting the final round trailing the leader by three. He made three birdies on the front nine to pull into contention and birdied holes 13-16 while parring Nos. 17 and 18.
The victory moved him to the top of the Road to Mallorca rankings and was a major step toward his goal of returning to the DP World Tour, where he was a previous champion.
“Nippon Shaft congratulates the winner of the Delhi Challenge,” said Hiro Fukuda, sales and marketing for Nippon Shaft. “He played tremendous golf all week, especially during the final round, using N.S.PRO MODUS³ 120 X flex shafts in his irons and wedges. We will be following his journey back to the DP World Tour.”
