CARLSBAD, Calif. – Using Nippon Shafts in her irons and wedges, the 25-year-old from Ontario, Canada opened her ninth season on the LPGA Tour with a 4-shot, wire-to-wire victory at the season-opening Hilton Grand Vacation Tournament of Champions in Orlando.
It was the 13th LPGA victory for the champion, who used N.S.PRO MODUS³ Tour 105 S flex steel shafts in her irons and N.S.PRO MODUS³ Wedge 115 steel shafts in her wedges to shoot a 16-under par total 272 with rounds of 67-69-69-70.
