CARLSBAD, Calif. – A 31-year-old Englishman used Nippon Shaft steel shafts in his irons and wedges to win by eight shots on the DP Challenge Tour in Scotland over the weekend.
The Champion used Nippon Shaft’s N.S. PRO MODUS³ TOUR 125 steel shafts in his irons and the N.S. PRO MODUS³ WEDGE 125 steel shafts in his wedges to shoot rounds of 67-67-62-66—262 at the Newmacher Golf Club in Aberdeen for a 22-under par total. His second DP Challenge Tour victory was worth €46,720 ($50,520).
