The champion of the Korn Ferry Tour’s Albertson’s Boise Open used Nippon Shaft’s N.S.PRO MODUS³ 125 TX flex shafts in his irons to become the first player in the 33-year history of the developmental circuit to go bogey-free enroute to his second consecutive victory, securing his PGA Tour playing privileges for next season.
The 33-year-old native South Korean, who grew up in Hawaii, shot 28-under par 285 at Hillcrest Country Club in Boise, Idaho with rounds of 66-62-64-64.
