CARLSBAD, Calif. – The world’s No. 1 golfer used Nippon Shaft’s N.S.PRO MODUS³ Hybrid Tour X-flex shaft in his 3 and 4 utility irons enroute to winning his second Masters tournament at Augusta National.
The 27-year-old Texan, who previously won the 2022 Masters, shot an 11-under par total with rounds of 66-72-71-68—277 to slip on his second green jacket and take home a winner’s check of $3.6 million. While the star-studded leaderboard was bunched early in the day, the champion’s three birdies on the final six holes helped him pulled ahead and win by four shots.
“Nippon Shaft congratulates the world’s No. 1 player on winning his second Masters victory in three years,” said Hiro Fukuda, sales and marketing for Nippon Shaft. “We are proud that he relied our N.S.PRO MODUS³ Hybrid Tour X-flex shaft in his utility irons because he believed they gave him the best chance to win at perhaps the world’s most challenging course.
