- Contributing Editor and resident technology & marketing guru Stuart Lindsay continues his tracking of how changes in permissible use of customer contact information are going to change as well as email marketing tracking/read rates will get significantly diluted in the coming months & years due to privacy changes by Apple and ISPs and which will also impact major broadcast email providers (like Constant Contact). We know this firsthand because Pellucid’s monthly email broadcasts, such as this one to 30K recipients, will also have to go through a future (re) opt-in process as well (sigh…)
