DALLAS, TX – Omni Hotels & Resorts – the official hotel partner of the PGA TOUR and PGA of America – is proud to announce its new brand ambassador partnership with Jackson Koivun, the top-ranked men’s player in the World Amateur Golf Ranking.
The partnership further highlights Omni’s significant investments in golf and its commitment to growing the game across all ages. Beginning in June, Koivun’s partnership with Omni will be showcased with the brand logo on his right shirt sleeve, along with additional NIL rights and partnership opportunities.
Additionally, the partnership marks the continuation of a relationship that began while Koivun was still competing at the collegiate level, highlighting Omni’s early commitment to supporting the next generation of golfers through NIL partnerships and player development initiatives. As Koivun transitions into the professional ranks, the collaboration underscores a shared sense of loyalty and long-term relationship between the rising star and the brand that supported him during his amateur career.

Hailing from North Carolina, Koivun attended Auburn University, where he dominated the world of collegiate golf with 11 tournament victories, the most in the school’s history. As a standout freshman in 2024, he swept all four major collegiate honors: Haskins Award, Jack Nicklaus Award, Ben Hogan Award and Phil Mickelson Outstanding Freshman Award.
In May 2026, Koivun won the 2026 Ben Hogan Award for the second time, joining Jon Rahm and Ludvig Aberg as the only players to receive this prestigious honor multiple times. Koivun also just received the Haskins Award for the second time joining Ben Crenshaw, Phil Mickelson and Bobby Clampett in the elite list of multiple winners. He also became the second player in SEC history to win the individual conference title three consecutive times. Koivun reached No. 1 in the World Amateur Golf Ranking in June 2025.

Koivun recently concluded his outstanding amateur golf career at the 2026 NCAA Division I Men’s Golf Championship held on the North Course at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa, where his strong play and leadership led the Auburn Tigers to a dramatic victory over the UCLA Bruins for the team title. This was the second NCAA Championship won by Koivun and his team during his three years at Auburn.
Koivun officially secured his PGA Tour card in May 2025 by crossing the 20-point threshold in the PGA Tour University Accelerated program, but chose to defer his membership until after the 2026 NCAA Championship and 2026 U.S. Open Golf Championship.
