Operation 36 to Host 2019 Certifications
Operation 36, the leading player development program for new and beginner golfers, announces their 2019 Certification training schedule.
At the Certification, participants will spend the day working directly with the Co-Founders, Matt Reagan and Ryan Dailey, learning how to build out their programs for the year.
The Certification Schedule includes:
- March 4th, hosted by The First Tee of Greater Richmond
- March 18th hosted by, McInnis Park Golf Center
- March 25th hosted by, Ballantyne Golf Academy
Co-Founder, Matt Reagan said, “This day of training will showcase exactly how the we would build, plan, and execute the programs with the latest features, programs and technology that are available to coaches.
Our plan is to help coaches become more efficient at creating golfers and growing the game. We want coaches to walk out of the certifications knowing exactly how to implement cutting-edge strategies to build coaching programs that actually grow their business and the game.”
The curriculum will include:
- How to plan and execute the Op 36 Golf Programming Model
- How to actually measure you are creating golfers
- How to create value for all – The Business & Science of Group Coaching
- How to leverage Gamification & Engage Golfers with technology
