Raleigh, NC — North Carolina-based golf player development program, Operation 36, announces their next Educational Roundtable workshop for time-pressed Golf Professionals who are interested in scaling their golf programs in 2022.
This workshop “Time Management Skills to Scale Your Golf Program” will feature special guest, Andrew Kiger, PGA, who is the Director of Instruction at The Club at 12 Oaks.
Kiger will share his experience with growing the Operation 36 Program at The Club at 12 Oaks. In just two years, he has grown the program to over 400 golfers, both Juniors and Adults.
Growing such a large program so quickly required Kiger to learn how to manage his time very effectively. Additionally, he also learned how to recruit high quality assistants to help him run and grow the golf program. Andrew Kiger will be sharing these strategies and more at the workshop.
Kiger said, “Operation 36 has been transformative for our facility. It is the best roadmap in the world of golf instruction. I cannot thank the staff enough for all the help and support they continue to provide! Our juniors, and adults are thriving in this program.”
The workshop will be hosted online, on Thursday, March 10th at 8:00 p.m. EST. It is designed to provide strategies that will be useful to all golf professionals, even those who are not currently in an Operation 36 program location.
Space is limited, and those who are interested may grab their seat through this free registration here.
About Operation 36
Operation 36 is a Division of Golf Genius and is the most effective developmental program to teach beginners how to play golf. All new players begin on the course, and instead of starting at the tee box, they play from 25 yards away from the hole. Once the player shoots par (36) from 25 yards, they back up to 50 yards, and so on, until they are shooting even par (36) from the full tee box. Participants engage in weekly classes taught by golf professionals and all progress of the golfers is tracked in the Operation 36 Platform. The Operation 36 mission is to create 1 million new golfers over the next five years, and they want to help coaches with introducing new golfers and retaining them for the long term.
