Garner, NC—North Carolina-based golf player development program, Operation 36, announces their Fall Enrollment is Now Open. August will be filled with educational webinars and roundtable discussions to help golf professionals learn how to launch a pilot program this fall.

This first workshop “How to Quickly Launch a Successful Developmental Golf Program this Fall,” will share how facilities with a developmental golf program are poised to thrive this fall, and will see a sustained spike in retention.

Operation 36, Co-founder, Matt Reagan, will be hosting the webinar to provide practical advice for all golf professionals who are interested in launching a successful program this September.

Reagan will be joined with special guest, golf professional Katie Hamilton, PGA of Emerald Lakes Golf Course in Elk Grove, CA,  who has successfully launched an Operation 36 golf program, and has a thriving program in record speed.

The workshop will be hosted online, on Wednesday, August 11 th at 8:00 p.m. EST.  It is designed to provide strategies that will be useful to all golf professionals, even those who are not currently in an Operation 36 program location.

Space is limited, and those who are interested may grab their seat through this free registration here.

About Operation 36

Operation 36 is the most effective developmental program to teach beginners how to play golf. All new players begin on the course, and instead of starting at the tee box, they play from 25 yards away from the hole. Once the player shoots par (36) from 25 yards, they back up to 50 yards, and so on, until they are shooting even par (36) from the full tee box.  Participants engage in weekly classes taught by golf professionals and all progress of the golfers is tracked in the Operation 36 Platform.

The Operation 36 mission is to create 1 million new golfers over the next five years, and they want to help coaches with introducing new golfers and retaining them for the long term.
