Raleigh, NC—North Carolina-based golf player development program, Operation 36, announces their next workshop, “How to Implement Operation 36 at a Private Club.”
The player development company will be sharing the best practices from thriving private clubs who have implemented Operation 36 to great success. The webinar will show the overall impact of having a structured, beginner group coaching program at a private club. The weekly group lessons and nine-hole events are not only impactful for the golf professional, but they can also impact the club and community.
Private clubs that create an environment of improvement can reap hefty rewards:
- Turning social memberships into golf memberships
- Increased rounds played, which drives golf fees, food and beverage and merchandise
- Stronger membership community and higher retention rates
Golf professionals who are coaching at private facilities are invited to a free workshop on Monday, October 23 at 1 pm ET. It will be hosted by Operation 36 Sales and Marketing Operations Director, Charlie Gross, PGA. This workshop is free, but spaces are limited. Secure your ticket here.
Operation 36 is a Division of Golf Genius and is the most effective developmental program to teach beginners how to play golf. Participants engage in weekly classes taught by golf professionals and all progress of the golfers is tracked in the Operation 36 Platform. The Operation 36 mission is to create 1 million new golfers over the next five years, and they want to help coaches with introducing new golfers and retaining them for the long term.
