Raleigh, NC – Raleigh based golf player development program, Operation 36, announces their 2022 Top 50 Golf Coach Awards.
The Operation 36 Top 50 Golf Coach Award is unique in the industry as it is the only one that uses quantitative measures to determine who is making the biggest impact on golf through their program. This award is supported by data collected throughout the year.
Operation 36 Golf coaches are evaluated by the amount of 9-hole playing opportunities they provide throughout the year, application of the Operation 36 curriculum, assessment of the golfer’s progress throughout the season, and the use of online social tools to encourage golfers on their journey.
Additionally, Operation 36 announced this year’s recipients of the Master Coach Award. This elite award is given to coaches who have three years as a Top 50 Coach. Year after year, these coaches have a record of creating golfers, holding 9-hole events and helping golfers lose strokes, and going ‘above and beyond’ for their students.
Ryan Dailey, Operation 36 Co-Founder said, “We have always wanted to be able to shine a spotlight on the amazing Operation 36 coaches that are behind-the-scenes making a positive impact on the golf industry. We are confident that the Top 50 Coaches and Master Coaches are delivering an incredible experience to their families based on measurable results. We are proud to be associated with these individuals who are leaders in our industry.”
“Operation 36 was founded on the idea that beginner golfers deserve a complete program environment led by caring coaches to guide them on their golf journey,” said Matt Reagan, Operation 36 Co-Founder. “The Top 50 Coaches and Master Coaches are successfully using every tool in the Operation 36 Program to help beginners learn to play golf. About Operation 36
Operation 36 is a Division of Golf Genius and is the most effective developmental program to teach beginners how to play golf. All new players begin on the course, and instead of starting at the tee box, they play from 25 yards away from the hole. Once the player shoots par (36) from 25 yards, they back up to 50 yards, and so on, until they are shooting even par (36) from the full tee box. Participants engage in weekly classes taught by golf professionals and all progress of the golfers is tracked in the Operation 36 Platform. The Operation 36 mission is to create 1 million new golfers over the next five years, and they want to help coaches with introducing new golfers and retaining them for the long term.
