GREENWICH, Conn.,  – Global sports and entertainment marketing agency Outlyr announced today the elevation of two executives within its events division. Ryan Dever and Rachel Reece each have been promoted to Vice President.

Dever, based in Outlyr’s Tampa office, and Reece, based in Outlyr’s Northwest Arkansas office, began their careers with Outlyr while in college. They have worked in various capacities on multiple golf tournaments, sporting events, hospitality, and consulting programs during their 10+ year careers with the agency.

They currently serve as tournament directors for several of Outlyr’s professional golf tournaments across the company’s portfolio, including tournaments where they began their professional careers.

Dever, a graduate from Stockton University in New Jersey, began at Outlyr as an intern for the ShopRite LPGA powered by Wakefern (then the ShopRite LPGA Classic) in Atlantic City as a tournament assistant, where he now serves as tournament director. In addition, he serves as tournament director for Tampa Bay’s signature LPGA Tour event – The ANNIKA driven by Gainbridge at Pelican – having just wrapped up its sixth year in November, breaking tournament records in attendance, media metrics and sponsorship sales.

Reece, a graduate from the University of Arkansas, began her career as a volunteer coordinator for the LPGA Tour’s Walmart NW Arkansas Championship presented by P&G during her junior year of college. This year, she completed her 11th year as a member of the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship presented by P&G team, now serving as tournament director and overseeing a year-round staff of seven in Arkansas. In 2026, the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship presented by P&G will celebrate its 20thanniversary. In addition, Reece provides senior leadership to several of Outlyr’s events across its portfolio, including the LPGA Tour’s Dow Championship and the Blessings Collegiate Invitational, as well as executive support for the company’s year-round sponsorship consulting programs.
