Features Interview With Pediatric Heart Patient Golf Program Founder, Kimberly Kaufman
On the latest episode of Haggin Oaks & Morton Golf’s new podcast, Hosel Rockets, https://youtu.be/aU-7vmA2P1Q, a podcast and vlog about golf that focuses on new product launches, interviews with industry experts, golf trends, and casual conversation, Ken Morton Jr. talks about an incredible golf program started in Northern California with Angels for Hearts founder Kimberly Kaufman. Kim was diagnosed with congestive heart failure at 30 years old and realized she was in a unique position to help pediatric heart patients and their families. She established Angels for Hearts to help restore normalcy to these children and remind them that they are children first before being heart patients. And some just might be athletes.
In the podcast interview, Kim discusses how the program started, how they’ve helped 1500 different kids in their short existence, the impact that they’re having on youth, some success stories and what’s ahead for the non-profit program.
Each week, Hosel Rockets hosts cover a wide range of topics as they dig deep into new product releases, interview industry experts, and give a behind the scenes glimpse into running the most awarded retail operation in America, the Haggin Oaks Golf Complex.
The show is also filmed regularly and can be seen as a vlog on the Morton Golf Sales YouTube channel, https://www.youtube.com/mortongolfsales .
