Philadelphia, PA – Penfold Golf, a heritage brand rooted in the traditions of the game, is re-establishing its presence in the United States with the return of its U.S. headquarters to Philadelphia after a 40-year hiatus. Trusted by serious golfers, respected across generations, and known for its legacy of craftsmanship and performance, the brand is entering a new chapter focused on modern golfers while staying true to its origins.

With a history dating back to golf’s golden era, when craftsmanship, consistency, and understated excellence defined the game, Penfold built its reputation on producing high-quality, reliable golf balls trusted by players across generations. Today, the brand is re-emerging with a refined product offering centered on premium accessories designed for both performance and style.

Penfold’s current product line includes a line of premium accessories designed for today’s golfer: elevated shoe bags, versatile backpacks, and minimalist Sunday golf bags, reflecting a balance of functionality and classic design tailored to today’s golfer.

As part of its growth strategy, Penfold has made a series of strategic partnerships to expand its reach among younger players. The brand partnered with the PGA of America in 2025 and serves as an official supporting partner of the PGA Junior League, aligning with one of golf’s leading grass-roots development programs. Through its partnership with the PGA of America and its role as the official supporting partner of the PGA Junior League, the brand is embedding itself in the next generation of golfers; a strategic alignment with one of the most important grassroots movements in the sport.

Penfold also signed professional golfer Matt Wallace along with activating brand partnerships, including a gifting program with Los Angeles Golf Club during its championship run in the 2026 TGL SoFi Cup.

This May, Penfold will further showcase its modern evolution at the upcoming PGA Championship at Aronimink Golf Club. The brand will feature a curated selection of its latest products inside the Championship’s Merchandise Tent including its signature Sunday bags, backpacks, and shoe bags as well as a brand activation with the PGA Junior League Day on Saturday of the tournament with giveaways for all junior golfers who wear their Junior League jerseys to the event.

“Penfold has always stood for quality, consistency, and a deep respect for the game. As we reintroduce the brand to the U.S., we’re focused on honoring that legacy while evolving how it shows up today, through product, partnerships, and a connection to the next generation of golfers,” said Gavin Perrett, CEO of Penfold Golf. “That means investing in product design and partnerships that keep us relevant in today’s evolving golf landscape.”

By combining heritage with a modern approach to product and partnerships, Penfold Golf is positioning itself for continued relevance in a changing golf landscape.
