Clarkston, Mich.-based Franklin Golf, a golf management and marketing company, adds Frank Guastella as director of operations/marketing. Guastella, a 24-year PGA member and master professional, will oversee Franklin Golf’s public course-managed properties.

The U.S. Golf Association names Christopher P. Wightman to the position of managing director, communications. In this newly-created position, Wightman will oversee all communication functions and work across the organization to integrate the USGA’s growing initiatives.
