Peter Smith to Lead Players 1st Inc. North America
Technology veteran to drive further growth for company dedicated to providing customer experience management technology to golf courses to enhance their guest’s experience
Scottsdale, AZ. – Players 1st, a leading provider of Customer Experience solutions for golf course operators, announced today that Peter Smith will assume the role of senior vice president/general manager for Players 1st Inc., the US Subsidiary of Players 1st. Bringing over 30 years of high technology experience, Smith was previously responsible for marketing and business operations and played a foundational role in establishing Players 1st in the North American region.
In his new role, Smith will drive the Players 1st vision of growing the game by providing golf course operators with best-in-class customer experience technology to help them understand their operation’s strengths and weaknesses, enable data-driven decision making and elevate their guest’s experience.

Earlier in his career, he held senior roles in large Fortune 500 companies including Honeywell and General Electric and was also co-founder of GolfSigma, a tee time search engine.
