NCAA Division I Women’s Golf Championship Selection Show Airs Live on Golf Channel Wednesday at 4 p.m. ET

STAMFORD, Conn.  – The PGA TOU’s new signature event, the Cadillac Championship, headlines Golf Channel’s live tournament coverage this week as the TOUR returns to the Blue Monster course at Trump National Doral.

 

PGA TOUR: Cadillac Championship

This is the first playing of the Cadillac Championship, which is the fifth Signature Event of the 2026 PGA TOUR season. A no-cut, limited field of 72 players will compete for 700 FedExCup points and a $3.6 million winner’s prize from the $20 million purse.

The Cadillac Championship will mark the 56th playing of a PGA TOUR event at the Blue Monster course at Trump National Doral, which previously hosted TOUR events from 1962 to 2016.

Golf Channel delivered record viewership for its coverage of the PGA TOUR’s most recent signature event, with the RBC Heritage, averaging 1.5 million viewers on Sunday, April 19, to rank as Golf Channel’s most-watched telecast in more than two years.

Roger Maltbie returns to Golf Channel this week as an on-course reporter alongside Billy Ray Brown. Smylie Kaufman is in the booth this week and will host his popular segment, Happy Hour with Smylie presented by Michelob Ultra, on Friday during tournament coverage.

Golf Today and Golf Central will provide news, analysis, highlights and interviews around the Cadillac Championship and Golf Channel’s other tournament coverage this week.  

Golf Central also presents the NCAA Division I Women’s Golf Championship Selection Show this Wednesday at 4 p.m. ET. Anna Jackson will host the selection show alongside Paige Mackenzie, Jim Gallagher Jr. and Brentley Romine, host of Golf Channel’s “College Golf Talk” podcast. The selection show will reveal this year’s best women’s college golf teams and players, who have made it to the end of the Road to Omni La Costa and will be competing in the NCAA Championships at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California.

Damon Hack and Eamon Lynch host Golf Today this evening and Wednesday starting at 5 p.m. ET.

Jackson hosts Golf Central tonight at 10 p.m. ET and tomorrow night at 9 p.m. ET alongside Gallagher. Hack takes over as host Thursday through Sunday, joined by Brandel Chamblee.

George Savaricas will report for Golf Today and Golf Central from on site at the Cadillac Championship throughout the week. Emma Carpenter reports from the PGA Professional Championship at Bandon Dunes resort today and Wednesday.

The final two rounds of the PGA of America’s PGA Professional Championship air live today and tomorrow on Golf Channel. This evening’s coverage begins at 7 p.m. ET, while final-round coverage on Wednesday starts at 6 p.m. ET.

The PGA Professionals are taking on the famous Bandon Dunes Resort in Bandon, Oregon, with the top 20 finishers in the championship earning exemptions into the PGA Championship at Aronimink Golf Club in Newtown Square, Pa.,  in May.

LPGA TOUR: RIVIERA MAYA OPEN AT MAYAKOBA

The LPGA Tour travels to Mexico for the second playing of the Riviera Maya Open at Mayakoba. Japan’s Chizzy Iwai won the inaugural event and her first LPGA Tour title in 2025, defeating Jenny Bae by six strokes. 

Coming off her third major championship victory at The Chevron Championship, which moved her back to No.1 in the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings, Nelly Korda is expected to tee-it-up this week at El Camaleon Golf Course at Mayakoba.

The DP World Tour’s Asian Swing concludes with the Turkish Airlines Open, taking place at National Golf Club in Antalya, Turkey. The tournament boasts notable past winners such as Brooks Koepka, Justin Rose, and Tyrrell Hatton.

In 2025, France’s Martin Couvra won the event by two strokes over Haotong Li and Jorge Campillo.

The Turkish Airlines Open headlines Golf Channel’s early morning coverage this week, beginning at 6 a.m. ET on Thursday, Friday and Sunday, and at 6:30 a.m. ET on Saturday.
