STAMFORD, Conn. – The PGA TOUR opens the 2021 calendar year with the start of the Hawaii swing at the Sentry Tournament of Champions at Kapalua Resort (Plantation Course) in Maui live in primetime Thursday-Sunday on GOLF Channel and NBC.
The star-studded field features eight of the top 10 players on the Official World Golf Ranking: Dustin Johnson (1), Jon Rahm (2), defending champion Justin Thomas (3), Bryson DeChambeau (5), Webb Simpson (6), Collin Morikawa (7), Xander Schauffele (8) and Patrick Cantlay (9).

- Star-Studded Field: The Sentry Tournament of Champions features an eligible field of PGA TOUR tournament winners in 2020 as well as players who finished in the top 30 of the 2019-20 FedExCup standings. Forty-two players are scheduled to play in the event, marking the largest field in the tournament’s history.
- Broadcast Debut: John Wood will make his on-course reporter debut at Kapalua following two-plus decades as a PGA TOUR caddie.
- Thomas Defends: Justin Thomas defeated Patrick Reed on the third playoff hole to win his second career Sentry Tournament of Champions in 2020.
