PGA Value Guide Launches National Trade-In Event
Chance to Win Two Tickets to 2019 PGA Championship
(RALEIGH, NC) – PGA Value Guide – the national standard for golf club values – launches the “National Trade-In Event” wherein golfers can receive additional credit on golf equipment exchanges as well as other prizes from April 1 through May 31.
Starting today, golfers who trade-in previously owned equipment through the PGA Value Guide’s website will receive up to a 15 percent credit bonus and PGA professionals earn a 15 percent cash bonus. Participants trading $250 or more of equipment before April 30 will be automatically entered for a chance to win two Wanamaker Club tickets for each Championship Round (Thursday – Sunday) to the 2019 PGA Championship, contested May 16 – 19 at Bethpage Black in Farmingdale, N.Y. The winner will be announced by May 2nd, 2019.
“The PGA Value Guide is trusted by golfers and PGA professionals around the country to ensure that they are getting fair value for their previously owned equipment,” says Ed Byman, CEO of Global Value Commerce, Inc. “This National Trade-In Event is our way to say thank you to our customers and provide a lucky few the golf experience of a lifetime.”
Millions of golfers turn to the PGA Value Guide during their search for new and pre-owned golf clubs to ensure they receive the highest overall trade-in values. Users are also able to research and find current promotions, pricing on new and pre-owned equipment, product specifications and reviews, as well as online and offline retailers staffed by PGA members.
Higher introductory price points and longer product lifecycles have resulted in unprecedented trade-in values. In fact, the PGA Value Guide has facilitated more than $1 billion in golf equipment sales since the inaugural edition in 2004.
