Players 1st Announces New Release of Industry Leading Customer Experience Management Solution

Adds Extensive Enhancements to Acclaimed Dashboard and Data Analytics Capabilities

SCOTTSDALE, AZ ― Players 1st today announced the availability of its latest release of customer experience management software. The new platform features numerous enhancements developed in conjunction with input from Players 1st users around the world.

The new features provide a deeper insight into the Member and Guest experience, allowing golf course operators to align their operational resources with what their members and guests value most.

The new platform also features a redesigned dashboard interface to provide even more advanced data as well as filtering and visualization capabilities, allowing users to easily segment survey feedback and understand underlying customer trends.  In addition, a new companion app available for iPhone or Android devices provides real time notifications, enhancing Member and Guest communications and allowing staff remote access to real time customer feedback.

The software also includes new Artificial Intelligence capabilities that highlight the underlying relationships between key metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and associated customer touchpoints, providing facility operators with a prioritized map of action areas with the highest impact on Member and Guest experience.  Armed with these insights, operators can implement a data driven decision making process to optimize capital and maintenance expenditures and ensure continual improvement in overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The software will be showcased at the upcoming PGA Merchandise Show which will be held January 22-24, 2020 in Orlando, FL.
