Power Tee’s UNF Demo Day Was A Huge Hit

Power Tee hosted a Demo Day at the University of North Florida Driving Range on April 4, 2019 from 4-7pm, and it was tons of fun for all.

About 100 people of all skill levels came out to the Demo Day and enjoyed pizza from Jumpin’ Jax House of Food, played golf on UNF’s Power Tee units, and had a fun night competing for a signed Jim Furyk Callaway golf bag.

To enter the contest, participants had to hit a Power Tee target from about 60 yards away, which earned them one raffle ticket, up to five tickets per person. One lucky winner, Michael Palomares, was selected this morning, and he is overjoyed to receive his signed Jim Furyk Callaway golf bag.

Scott Schroeder, the UNF Men’s Golf Coach and Facilities Manager, said, “We’ve had the Power Tees out here for about seven years now and it’s a great asset to our facility. It’s really great for kids and for helping beginners have the ability to set up and have it teed up in the same position every time they practice and play.”
