New digital coaching product gives golfers a clear, measurable way to turn at home putting practice into on-course improvement
PrimePutt has launched the Structured Practice System, a new digital coaching product developed in collaboration with Brendon R. Elliott, PGA, the company’s PGA Director of Instruction and lead writer.
Designed to help golfers practice with greater purpose, the Structured Practice System gives players a step-by-step roadmap for putting improvement rather than a loose collection of tips or disconnected drills. The system includes six PGA-designed drills, matching progress trackers, benchmark targets and a built-in validation component created to help golfers test whether their at-home work is transferring to the golf course.
The product is delivered as a 17-page digital PDF and is designed for flexibility, allowing golfers to use it on a phone, print it at home, or create laminated cards for repeated use. It is compatible with any quality putting surface or practice green, though it was developed with the PrimePutt training experience in mind.
“For years, I’ve believed that the biggest problem many golfers face is not a lack of desire to practice, but a lack of structure in how they practice,” said Elliott. “This system was built to solve that. Every drill has a purpose, every session can be tracked and the golfer has a way to measure whether the work is truly carrying over to the course.”
The six-drill system focuses on the skills that matter most in putting, including face control, start line, distance control, routine, pressure putting and on-course validation. Four of the drills form the at-home core of the system, while another is specifically designed to confirm whether practice gains are translating into real scoring improvement. A sixth drill serves as a bonus option for golfers who also have access to a practice green.
