Pro Golf Weekly Resets For 2019
UnderPar Media announced today that Pro Golf Weekly (www.progolfweekly.com) will transition to a once-per-week publishing schedule and include more curation as part of its content stream, starting in Jan. 2019.
Pro Golf Weekly will continue to publish original content, including its weekly staples such as Primers, Power Rankings, and tournament recaps, but its editors will also source and curate third-party content to provide subscribers with a deeper selection of news and information.
“As our portfolio expands to include a variety of content brands, we’ve decided to reset Pro Golf Weekly to be more of what it was intended to be – a weekly digital golf magazine – with the content produced in unison,” said Paul Daly, the magazine’s publisher.
Additionally, the company announced that ProGolf.Today (progolf.today) will become the company’s primary platform for the delivery of daily content.
Pro Golf Weekly will be published each Tuesday morning via email and will also be available through its new mobile app, available for download (Jan. 2019). Each issue will recap the weekend’s winners and highlights, and then pivot to a mix of engaging content to prep the golf fan for the week ahead, along with regular topics such as equipment, apparel, lifestyle, and travel.
