Brentwood, Tenn. – The final tour event before the season’s first Major begins, The Valero Texas Open, saw a return to the winner’s circle for the 2023 Open Champion whilst wearing Pulsar spikes in his FootJoy golf shoes.
Having built up a 3-shot lead going into Sunday’s final round, the 38-year-old proved to be comfortable in the windy conditions, shooting a 3-over round of 75 to finish the tournament with a 3-shot lead on 9-under-par. The win is his fourth career PGA Tour title and moves him up to 19th in the FedEx Cup Rankings.
