On the final day of the 2022 PGA Merchandise Show the International Network of Golf (ING) held an Academy Awards type ceremony and presented awards in 10 different golf related categories.
The Putting Arc is proud to have received the top award for Product Ingenuity-Training Products! ING is a non-profit media organization that covers the business of golf, and it is an honor to be part of their 28th Annual Industry Honor Awards.
Also, congratulations to Lydia Ko on her win at the Gainbridge LPGA, held at Boca Rio Golf Club in Boca Raton, Florida. Lydia started off hot with an opening bogey free round of 63, in her first time ever to play the course in competition. She played steady golf in her next two rounds to hold a two stroke lead going into the final round. On the last day, Lydia and Danielle Kang battled it out, with Lydia taking the lead after her birdie on 15th hole. They both played some exciting back-nine golf, but Lydia made a “double sandie” par on the last hole to shoot 68 and secure a one shot win. This is Lydia’s first win of the season, and 17thtotal win on the LPGA Tour.
