Congratulations to Sepp Straka and his instructors John Tillery and Tim Yelverton on their win this weekend at the Honda Classic, held at PGA National Resort and Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida! Sepp started his final Sunday round five shots off the lead, and shot a -4, 66 to beat the field by one to earn his first victory on the PGA Tour. With this win, Sepp also became the first Austrian winner in PGA Tour history.
Congratulations also to Miguel Jimenez on his second PGA Tour Champions win in three tournaments! Miguel had an eventful week, carding two hole-in-ones during the tournament and dominating the field, finishing at -18, four strokes ahead of second place. This marks Miguel’s twelfth PGA Tour Champions win.
