Congratulations to George Pinnell and the George Pinnell Golf Academy on Rose Zhang’s excellent performance at the Symetra Tour’s Carlisle Arizona Women’s Golf Classic at Mesa, Arizona.
The 17 year-old golfer finished tied for first and lost on the second playoff hole to a birdie.
Rose is 17 years old and is the defending U.S. Women’s Amateur Champion, the #1 ranked women’s amateur in the world, and won the Mark McCormack award as the top amateur in 2020. She is a long-time student of George Pinnell.
The Putting Arc would like to express our condolences to the family and friends of Frank Thomas, who died last week at the age of 81.
