8 Creators, 1 PGA TOUR Spot: The Full Field Revealed for The Q at Myrtle Beach Showdown

Eight of YouTube’s biggest stars face a two-round match-play-to-stroke-play test to earn a spot in the 2026 ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — Play Golf Myrtle Beach (PGMB), the premier resource for the Golf Capital of the World®, today announced the full field for the third edition of The Q at Myrtle Beach. South Carolina native and PGMB ambassador George Bryan, IV returns for his third shot at the title, joined by Grant Horvat, who is back to try and avenge his loss from the inaugural competition. 

The first episode will premiere on Grant Horvat’s YouTube channel on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 12 p.m. EST. 

“We’re honored to partner with Grant and the Bryan Bros to bring this creator-led broadcast model to one of the most exciting events of the year,” said Golf Tourism Solutions Director of Marketing Kyle Oland. “The 2026 edition of The Q is packed with drama, and we’re eager to bring fans inside the ropes to experience the intensity and talent as the creators compete for a spot in the ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic.”

The Q at Myrtle Beach 2026 features the deepest field yet, including multiple creators with Division I golf backgrounds and professional tournament starts. In total, the creator competitors have a combined audience of more than 8.9 million across all channels.

2026 | The Q at Myrtle Beach Competitors (in alphabetical order):

George Bryan, IV 

  • From Aiken, South Carolina.
  • Dad and brother are both golf professionals. 
  • Lost a lead on the final hole of The Q at Myrtle Beach in 2024, finishing runner-up in a playoff to Matt Atkins. 
  • Has played in three PGA TOUR events, making one cut.
  • Played in the 2024 ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic.
  • Loves playing in matches against his brother Wesley on YouTube
  • Lost money trying to make it as a pro years ago, which led to the creation of Bryan Bros. Golf on YouTube.

 

Peter Finch

  • From Preston, England. 
  • Began YouTube as a teaching pro on a driving range. 
  • Was a part of the $100,000 skins game at Solina Golf Club. 
  • Has 812,000 subscribers on YouTube; 1.2 million total audience across channels
  • Played in both editions of The Q to date, finishing 11 (+4, 76) in 2025 and  T6 (+1, 73) in the inaugural event. 


Grant Horvat

  • From Jupiter, Florida
  • Launched a new YouTube golf tour with the Bryan Bros, Your Golf Tour in 2026
  • Played collegiately at Palm Beach Atlantic University  
  • Competed in the inaugural edition of The Q, finishing 12 (+7, 79).


Luke Kwon

  • From Seoul, South Korea
  • Former D1 golfer at the University of Oklahoma alum
  • Made over 50 starts across PGA TOUR-sanctioned Tours and has one win on PGA TOUR China. 
  • Kwon has over 800,000 combined subscribers and followers on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. 
  • Misses the occasional tee time, but is always ready to play

 

Sam Heung Min

  • From Auckland, New Zealand
  • Decorated junior and amateur golfer; Sam won the under-19 New Zealand Amateur in 2011.
  • Played professionally for PGA of New Zealand, PGA of Australia, PGA TOUR China, and the KPGA Srixon Tour
  • Sam has over 420,000 combined subscribers and followers on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. 
  • Known as the “best yipper in the world.”

 

Micah Morris

  • From Mobile, Alabama.
  • Looking for redemption in The Q at Myrtle Beach after finishing T12 (+5, 77) in 2025, and 16th (+14, 86) in 2024.
  • Has more than 1 million followers across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Competed in the Creator Classic last year at East Lake. 
  • Played one PGA TOUR Canada event.

 

Ryan Ruffels

  • From Orlando, Florida
  • Professional golfer, competing in 20 career PGA TOUR events, making 10 cuts.
  • Played extensively on the Korn Ferry Tour, with over 50 career starts, and holds multiple top finishes on the PGA TOUR Latinoamérica.
  • Ryan has nearly 150,000 combined subscribers and followers on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. 
  • Member of The Lads Golf YouTube group.

 

Chance Taylor

  • From Gate City, Virginia 
  • Played collegiately at Tennessee Tech University  
  • Has more than 300,000 combined subscribers and followers on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. 
  • Chance didn’t set out to be a content creator. One night, out of boredom, he posted a single TikTok; he woke up the next morning to nearly 1 million views and 10,000 new followers. This changed his career path from an aspiring touring pro to a full-time creator. 
  • Trying to “add some redneck flare to the PGA Tour one day.”
