The Next Generation of Revo Technology
Exclusive Materials, Lighter-Than-Air Frames and Light-Adaptive Photochromic Lenses Enhance the New Collection’s Three Distinct Design Concepts Including Styles Inspired by Ski Legend, Bode Miller
New York, NY – Revo, the global leader in high-quality, polarized performance sunglasses, announces the launch of Revo Black, a revolutionary new sunglass collection that showcases the company’s latest advances in frame and lens technologies. Available now at Revo.com, Revo Black presents three design concepts (available in two styles each) – including one concept designed in collaboration with alpine ski racer and Olympian, Bode Miller.
Revo Black offers fans of the brand new, lighter-than-air frames and a photochromic lens option that shifts from light to dark automatically. The first design concept features a carbon fiber frame for a minimalist, super-resilient product. The second design concept leverages titanium wire frames that produce the lightest Revo pair of sunglasses ever. The third design concept offers a unique, fashion-forward, solderless frame – cut out of a single sheet of titanium material.
“Revo Black is the most technically advanced collection of Revo sunglasses yet. What makes thiscollection stand out is the fact that it’s an innovation of both Revo’s lens technology and our frame technology,” said Cliff Robinson, CEO of Revo. “We’re working with the best materials available and doing so with passion. We think Revo Black really showcases the next generation of Revo.”
Since 1985, when Revo redefined the sunglass industry with its NASA-based lens technology, the company has remained committed to innovative design features, high tech materials, and premium lens options. Revo Black features the latest and greatest of these, with three distinct design concepts, all crafted of the finest materials including carbon fiber and titanium and equipped with Revo’s signature mirrored lenses. The Blue Water and Evergreen models introduce a new photochromic lens option.
“This is just the launch of the Revo Black line,” reports Robinson. “We’ve got some incredible designs and prototypes in the works that we’re hoping to have ready for 2022. Keep watching Revo Black. It’s taking this brand, and its fans, to the next level.”
