REVO LAUNCHES ‘NRGY BY REVO’ WITH J BALVIN AS CREATIVE DIRECTOR, UNVEILING THE FUTURE OF EYEWEAR DESIGN

Revo reveals its new design focused line, NRGY by Revo, announcing global superstar J Balvin as the creative director.

Stepping into the role of creative director, J Balvin crafts designs driven through innovation. Implementing Revo’s proprietary NASA-based polarized lens tech, this delivers something entirely new. With designs crafted in partnership with Mattias Gollin, a globally recognized creative working across fashion, culture, and performance branding, the pair create eyewear that lives at the intersection of quality engineering and future forward expression.

Brought together through their passion for design in 2024, J Balvin & Mattias Gollin collaborated on what is known today as the MARK I. Gollin, recognized for bringing emotional storytelling and elevated visual language to brands, 3D printed this 1 of 1 pair for J Balvin, who has worn the MARK I at shows, in music videos and more.

Once solely a passion project, J Balvin & Mattias Gollin received overwhelming interest from their peers, sparking the concept for them to share their designs to the world to wear. Seeking to converge their disruptive designs with innovative technology, and unable to find this vision within the current eyewear marketplace, the pair connected with Revo – an eyewear brand with a reputation of revolutionary lens-tech. Together, they invite you to see what can’t be seen: NRGY by Revo


CXN_01, the first NRGY collection, originates from an exploration of energy, drawing inspiration from the tools used to study the unknown. Topics like quantum entanglement, dark matter flows, planetary resonance, topics that move beyond the known, these are the foundation of this collection –  a collection that investigates the invisible architecture that connects us all, every particle, every fragment of space.

Subtle details such as visible screws or the logo, which symbolizes three atoms colliding to unleash energy, are all nods to the direct link between NRGY’s brand identity and the first collection CXN_01. With each NRGY collection to come, people can expect exploration of bold ideas, vulnerability through discovery and designs rooted in the belief that curiosity drives us forward.

The collection debuts with a limited edition signature style — the Mark II. Paying homage to the original lightning goggles they created in 2024, the MARK II is a limited edition collaboration with VITA VELOCE TEAM – also known as VVT – the multidisciplinary creative studio co-founded by J Balvin & Mattias Gollin.

A limited release of the Mark II will be available for pre-order at www.NRGYbyRevo.com on June 9th, with CXN_01 to follow online and at select global retailers.
