Gilbert, Az. – Invited Clubs, the worldwide leader in private clubs, is pleased to announce the grand opening of a renovated Sports Club at Seville Golf & Country Club, marking a major investment in fitness, recovery, racquet sports and the everyday member experience.
Anchored by championship golf, Seville has positioned itself as one of the East Valley’s premier private club destinations by expanding the full club lifestyle beyond the course. The renovated Sports Club brings modern training, wellness programming, Pilates, recovery, tennis and pickleball together in one private club setting.
“The vision for this project was to create something that goes beyond a traditional country club fitness center,” said Patrick Connell, General Manager of Seville Golf & Country Club. “The renovated Sports Club gives our members more ways to train, recover, play, connect and make the Club part of their everyday lives.”
The expanded fitness offerings are part of a comprehensive reinvestment project at the club as it seeks to continue to position itself as a member-first property with unrivaled amenities that appeal to the broader community in the Phoenix metro area.
The Sports Club blends traditional fitness and training amenities with facilities that can accommodate a wider, more diverse area of sports and activities. Seville also features a sprawling Sports Zone, which offers a 10,000 square foot turf field, pools, two four-story water slides and batting cages that are sure to please audiences of all ages.
The Sports Club renovation includes new Technogym equipment throughout the fitness floor, a new Pilates reformer room, expanded group fitness support, and a dedicated recovery room designed to help members recharge and support their overall wellness routines.
Seville also resurfaced its tennis courts, expanded pickleball from three courts to six, and added a racquet sports professional to lead programming, instruction, clinics and member engagement across both sports. The investment reflects the club’s continued focus on creating active, social and family-friendly experiences that complement its golf lifestyle.
With more than 40 group fitness classes each week, Seville gives members a wide range of options to stay consistent and engaged. From strength and conditioning to yoga, Pilates reformer sessions and holistic wellness programming, the expanded programming aims to support the body, mind and overall well-being of members of all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
The renovated Sports Club is part of Seville’s broader commitment to providing a complete private club lifestyle for members and their families. In addition to championship golf, dining, aquatics and social programming, the Club now offers an even stronger wellness and racquet experience designed around how families live, train and spend time together.
“At Seville, membership is about more than access to amenities,” Connell said. “It is about creating a place where members can enjoy championship golf, build routines, spend time as a family, and make wellness part of everyday life at the Club.”
