Denver, CO. – As Shade Headwear continues growing its green grass golf account base since its launch at this years’ PGA Show, the latest announcement of Sales Rep commitments further expands their reach in the marketplace.

Especially in the golf industry. Many accounts simply buy from their rep because of the relationship. We are excited to announce the recent rep signings and welcoming them to Shade Headwear team”. Cam Smith, PGA and Maddy Smith
Cam and Maddy primarily represent Shade in Al, AR, KY, KS, LA, MO, MS and TN. Cam is a native Frederick, MD and Maddy of Annapolis, MD. They now reside in Ocean Springs, MS. After attending college and playing D1 Golf at UMES where Cam graduated with BS in Business through its PGM Program and went on to work in the golf industry in operations and teaching. With prior experience in B2B sales, he launched his sales rep career in 2023.
Maddy, with her own lines travels alongside of Cam. The two of them together represent a wide range of product lines making it easy on their accounts to book business. We welcome them to Shade Headwear.
Adam Piratzky (Pirat Ventures)
Adam represents Shade in MN, WI, IA and IL. After recording his first hole in one at eight years old, achieving a state title playing high school golf, Adam studied Sports Management at Flagler College. This kicked off several opportunities beginning with internships at the International Junior Golf Tour, Tiger Woods Foundation, and PGA of America (2012 Ryder Cup) to name a few – and ultimately a role as a golf professional in St. Augustine with Billy Casper Golf.
After several years and multiple moves, Adam left his job as a General Manager/Director of Golf at New Berlin Hills GC to pursue life on the other side of the counter. His years as a buyer helps him bring a unique perspective to his accounts base as he sells his various brands. Adam is married to wife Gwendoline and soon to be a father of three. Mike Holub, PGA / Wendy Warmolts (MW Golf Sales)
Mike and Wendy represent Shade in AZ, NM, Southern NV and UT. Mike is a graduate of Ferris State PGM and 25-year PGA member. Both Mike and Wendy are multi-line golf sales reps for many years in the Midwest before relocating to Arizona and covering the Southwest Territory. They joined forces and created Mike and Wendy’s “MW”Golf Sales. As a team, they carry a diverse set of lines and have ability to service a wide range of accounts and events. Todd and Teri Martin-Fontaine
Todd and Teri represent Shade in GA and North FL. They both have been in the golf business for over 20 years. Todd began his career with Polo/Ralph Lauren covering the Midwest. Teri began hers as a founding family member of Fairway & Greene where she was responsible for design and merchandising.
The two were childhood friends as their fathers worked together in the apparel industry. They reconnected when Todd became the Southeast brand manager for Fairway and Greene. Years later the two married and started their new life together. They have combined their love for the game with lifelong relationships to create a successful business representing “best in class” golf brands. They make their home in Sea Island, Georgia. Greg and Debbie Lawrence (Lawrence Golf Sales)
Greg and Debbie represent Shade in MI, IN and Northern OH. Supporting their customers as a husband-and-wife team keep them on the road enjoying each other’s company. Greg is a past PGA Pro of 10 years and Debbie a retired schoolteacher handles the day-to-day client communication and operations of their business. Please join us in welcoming them to our rep force.
Darin Little
Darin represents Shade in NC, SC. A longtime industry veteran, Darin brings a decade-plus of custom Headwear selling experience to the Shade Headwear Sales Rep Team. His experience in taking new products to market, developing a successful following in the Carolina’s territory and longevity in the golf market is a welcome addition to Shade Headwear.
