New feature increases revenue for course operators and offers cash payouts for golfers
West Palm Beach, Fla. (May 8, 2018) – Shark Experience today announced Swing King – a Digital Golf Technologies company – as the hole-in-one partner for the platform.
Swing King provides the first fully-automated hole-in-one contest that operates during every round, creating significant revenue opportunities for golf courses and providing golfers with added excitement, meaningful cash payouts and an HD video of their ultimate golf experience. Swing King’s existing product will seamlessly integrate into the Shark Experience platform utilizing Shark Key – a new cashless on-course system powered by EZLinks. Rolling out in Q2 2018, golfers will opt-in to a contest offering via the Shark Experience in-car screen and take their shot at winning cash prizes of up to $50,000.

Currently available at over 225 courses nationwide, Swing King requires no upfront costs for installation or technology and no additional work or daily setup from the golf course facility. The proprietary, non-intrusive HD camera and networking system is installed at an optimal Par 3 Hole location measuring at least 150 yards from the men’s tees, acting as a witness to verify all winning shots. Swing King and Shark Key are compatible with all point-of-sale systems currently used by golf courses and can meet the needs of every type of golf club from public to private.
