The Club Foundation Names Singerling Scholarship Recipients
The Club Foundation is pleased to announce the 2019 recipients of its James B. Singerling Scholarship. The purpose of this scholarship is to make it possible for recipients to attend the Club Management Association of America (CMAA) 2019 World Conference and Club Business Expo for the first time as a club industry professional. The 2019 event will take place in Nashville, TN, February 24-28.
The Club Foundation established the James B. Singerling Scholarship in honor of CMAA’s long-time CEO, Jim Singerling, CCM, upon his retirement after 25 years of leadership in 2014.
The 2019 recipients are:
- Kemorr Condappa, The Landings Yacht, Golf and Tennis Club, Fort Myers, FL
- Rene Kaminski, Daniel Island Club, Charleston, SC
Seth Gregg, Senior Vice President of Business Development for CMAA, explains, “Kemorr and Rene will benefit from the expansive professional development and networking opportunities available at the World Conference. We are pleased to foster their professional growth.”
