This acquisition significantly expands Smart2Move’s capabilities in sports rehabilitation and proprioception, strengthening its mission to enhance athletic performance while reducing injury risk across all sports.
Bio Force SAS has established itself as a pioneer in ground reaction force devices, owning key patents and intellectual property related to GRF applications in sport rehabilitation and proprioception. The Force Pedal is recognized worldwide as an essential training tool for athletes, improving balance, strength, proprioception, and speed, while Train4Dynamics focuses on optimizing sports performance through innovative GRF-based training programs.

Accelerated Innovation & R&D Investment
As part of this strategic merger, Smart2Move has established a long-term innovation roadmap supported by sustained, multi-year investment. Since 2024, Smart2Move has already invested a first tranche of US$1.5 million to establish a dedicated R&D department focused on developing next-generation Ground Reaction Force (GRF) and biomechanics-based training solutions for all sports.
Building on this foundation, Smart2Move will invest an additional US$1.5 million in 2026 and US$2 million in 2027 to further accelerate innovation, expand its technology stack, and scale its research and development capabilities.
These investments support the creation of a dedicated Sports Performance Division, built around patented GRF technologies, advanced biomechanics, and intelligent training ecosystems.
