ORLANDO, Fla. – GolfNow today at 1p.m. ET will unveil its newest, fully-integrated technology that will give golf course operators the ability to offer golfers an opportunity to move beyond the traditional golfing experience and into the contactless safety and super-convenience of SmartPlay.
The GolfNow webcast, including a full demonstration, will showcase the SmartPlay technology and how it can help make any golf course become more efficient and appealing to golfers. Golf course operators also will get a peek into what the future holds for the technology. Click here to RSVP.
Consumer expectations over the past several months have shifted consumer demand for more “contactless” technologies that are easy to use and that will keep them safe while doing what they love the most. Golf course managers – already strapped for time and resources – are demanding more technology integration to lessen the load on their staff, while also keeping them safe. SmartPlay by GolfNow is the solution.
Through the GolfNow app, Smartplay allows a golfer to search for, book and pay for a tee time at any participating SmartPlay golf course; check in and head directly to the first tee without visiting the Pro Shop; place food and beverage orders prior to or during a round of golf; and get orders delivered anywhere on the golf course.
Operators can see and manage every booking and every payment transaction in real time any time of day through their desktop computer and anywhere through a hand-held personal device. The SmartPlay technology automatically and immediately accounts for all sales. A variety of additional features will be introduced automatically into the technology in the coming months, with no extra work or time required from the course operator.
More information about SmartPlay can be found here.
